Leaf teaches me stuffs about lightning

No particular reason. I was just making sure I was responding fast enough and responding with good answers. I just looked at the Jutsu List for Lightning. We have a lot of work to do Sensei. O_O

*I run up to the cliff, while focusing my raiton chakra, also while running up the cliff I perform the handseals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands Clapped together, I then release a wave of electricity that forces the rocks above me to break off the cliff and fall down onto my opponent below*

Strengths- Short to mid range, also can be used as a distraction, I might use this tech to drop rocks on my opponent from above and then attack my opponent from below.

Weakness- many hand signs, you need to be fast enough to get away from your opponent and run up a cliff, also you need a cliff in the terrain to use this jutsu.

*I raise my hand above my head and make it glow due to the gathered raiton in my hand. At this point I have collected enough raiton chakra to perform the tech. I release it from the tip of my fingers in the shape of a horn. As a result of releasing the raiton chakra, bolts of lightning hit the ground near me.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.

Focus your lightning chakra and perform the 'Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare' handseals. Thereafter you summon four giant pillars that will surround the opponent after which they start to shoot out bolts of lightning that bind the opponent in place and possibly damage them as well.

Strengths- No hand signs, i guess its like kirin,but not nearly as powerful and can be used for multiple strikes.

Weakness: I could not think of any weaknesses besides; unless you had complete control of where you were placing the strikes, one might hit you, or you could get thrown into one of your own strikes by an opponent.

I believe the lightning fang can only strike in one location per usage of the jutsu, hence that would be the disadvantage.
As for the Four-pillar bind, you could also add that since it is all around the opponent it is more difficult to effectively defend against it, giving you a better chance to attack.

(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration

Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

Focus your lightning chakra and release an extremely quick wave of electricity which would be awesome in combination with a water jutsu.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi no Utage) - Lightning Release: Lightning Burial ~ Banquet of Lightning

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. Focus your lightning chakra and bring your hands together where after electrical energy starts to crackle around you. Then slam your hands onto the ground, sending a current of electricity through the ground towards your opponent. It can split into multiple currents if you need to hit multiple targets.
