Pica can solo every enemy at dressrosa according to what Oda wrote a few chapters ago. Vergo never received that level of hype from Oda.Same writer made Pica claim that Zoro can't cut him even after witnessing what Zoro has done to his golem which means that Oda was hinting that he was no 3rd rated haki user.

Law df gives him a great advantage seeing how quickly he can make room, Zoro also has a long range move "getsuga tenshou", but still Law's df is too much imo.

The goal of the thread is to compare their mountain cutting feats, not a actual versus thread

Also, Zoro shouldn't have any problem

Pica was never described to be the best haki user, he just used it thinking it's good enough to protect him from zoro which was obviously wrong

I'm sorry to interrupt the fapping but law's haki> zoro"s

Law was never described to be a haki user either yet Vergo was utterly defeated by law. As I said above Pica said that he can solo everyone and Joker never denied his claim. Can that hype put him above SH's,Law,Sabo and Fujitora? Obviously not. Just because he was portrayed to be a haki user doesn't automatically means that he's miles above others.

He didn't just think that he could protect himself out of nowhere. He made that conclusion after witnessing Zoro's mini mountain level DC feats which are comparable to that of Law's mountain cutting ability. No fodder in his right mind would think that he can tank mountain level attacks which proves that he has decent amount of mastery over haki and is not far away from Vergo.

U think it would be possible to block / negate law's DF slash with armament on Zoro's swords?
I don't see why not. Haki is supposed to shield against the power of devil fruits after all(Doffy even thought it would completely block Law's cutting ability) but i think it depends on the level of your haki comparatively to Law's for that to be effective(at least in close combat)

What Law cut was a mountain of ice, not the island :| You realise there were multiple mountains of ice in an island split with a hot side, right? It wasn't even close to cutting the island
If he cut downward ... guess what genius?

Exactly. Its one of those common sense things.

Doesn't need to happen for you to know its true.. Law feats are better, sorry.

EDIT: Says The King Of The Pirates ..

Yeah, but he's actually a swordsmen with a haki that's trained way more than law.

Are you saying that Law has gotten this much stronger without actually going through much training?Lol Besides is there anything that suggests that he didn't trained as much as Zoro? I am pretty sure Law's words after defeating Vergo implies that all super novas were training their asses while tops are just sitting at the top without doing anything.

No, you said that.

He is but isn't a new character, well compared to Zoro obviously he will be stronger regardless.

You people know how writers do it so don't act dumb or try to defend something that's true idc if you like Zoro or not.

There are a lot of things that are said, but duh he's trained. I wouldn't say as much or more because the simple fact is he was trained by THE BEST SWORDSMEN. So doesn't really matter if he trained more than Zoro or not XD

Now does it?

If Zoro's armement is really greater than Law's, i don't see Law winning by feats to be honest since his cutting ability won't work, Zoro has observation to localize his teleportation movements(he could localize when Pica moves inside the rock) and totally outclasses him in swordsmanship, striking and reaction speed. But i acknowledge Law should be stronger, at least due to his hype. I agree with the main topic at hand though. Zoro's feats have really been impressive
I don't think Zoro's Observation is that good. He said he has no way of locating Pica for sure inside of the Golem, something that he should be able to do if he had good enough Observation. This fight can go two ways:

Law activates Room at the same time as Zoro takes out his swords, and as Zoro gets into his stance for an attack, Law simply Shambles the swords away. Law can make his room larger than multiple mountains, he can send Zoro's swords so far away, they're gone for the rest of the match.

Or, Zoro manages to engage Law first, and it's a high diff fight. But, imo if Law succeeds on teleporting Zoro's swords away, Law can actually low-diff. And I see Law being able to teleport Zoro's swords away happening more than Zoro being able to engage Law first.

Edit: Oh wait if we're just comparing feats, then yeah, Law takes it. His cut to Vergo had a larger area than Zoro's cut to Pica and that cut was Zoro's strongest Santoryu.

In terms of feats law by far why is he downgraded because he used his fruit the fact that his fruit mixed with haki is on that scale is insane ...

Ppl r downgrading laws feats due to devil fruit powers and zoro not having any that's stupid both fight differently u can't restrict either of them

Laws attack is way more impressive seeing as vergo has better haki then pica by feats and portrayal not only tht he cut the entire island/factory etc...

I find it stupid when ppl try to downplay laws feats due to his devil fruit but they dnt do that to luffy etc

Imagine someone takes away zoros swords against someone like lucci because lucci doesn't have swords .. that sounds stupid as hell... They both fight differently tht doesn't mean we have to take anything away from them to balance them out

In terms of feats I think laws feat is superior
Exactly. People will say Law's swordsmanship feats aren't really all that because they came from his DF, but don't downplay Akainu, Whitebeard, Kizaru, Kuma, Ivankov, or Kuzan when their main source of their fighting prowess and might comes from their Devil Fruits. It's rather hypocritical. It's not like Zoro is gonna go ¨Law, your feats come from your DF and not pure swordsmanship skill!¨ and then Law is gonna go ¨Oh shit you're right, here, just slice me down, great point man.¨

Asura is Zoro strongest Santoryu just saying.
