IMO its azula with lightning since it can conduct metal

Azula not only out bends Kuvira but she's more agile and well equipped in combat (HAND2HAND).

Lightening > Metal!

Azula's moves are alot slower than kurivas..but are stronger.

Kuvira moves alot faster (it reminds me of how spiderman fights ), she Would Fire off those metal spikes at azula in seconds bind her then Crush her..

she got caught off guard by katara lol so what. zuko was beating katara does that mean zuko> azula no azula just underestimated her. she just came backand beat aang. and she even dodges most of aangs moves so is katara > aang in speed. pls get outta here with this A>B>C bs.

i just showed u feats of her using quick charge sorry but please try again. mako and azula can use fast lightning or do u think she did her whole form while having one hand and being tied down on a wheel chair.

LoK benders seemed much more agile to me. I'll go with Kuvira high difficulty as her attacks are a lot faster than Azula's and I'm sure Kuvira is faster as well.

im not arguing but just wondering u really think lok fighters are faster azula, ty lee and aang are some of the fastest characters in both series and azula is very acrobatic. kuvira is fast probably along with tenzin the fastest in lok but i doubt both are faster than aang and azula.
