The mizukage has the same color eyes and hair, also the same lenght hair, if you taken out the thing at the top, and straighten it.

The name Naruto has been used in the Kage summit on more than one occasion when they've discussed the kyuubi jinchuuriki. She'd have figured out her son was still alive by now, if she really was his mother.

that would be interesting, because that would make his father the Hokage, and his mother the mizuikage. its possible, but the mizukage seems kind of...odd. We know almost nothing about kushina, so it's possible, but kind of unlikely. However, there are a lot of wierd things that happen in naruto so you never know. And why would they tell her that naruto is dead if he wasn't? And also, wouldn't she have reacted somehow at the kage summit when gaara talked about 'uzumaki naruto'?

they look similar but the mizukages actions / behaviour are completely diff to what little weve seen of narutos mom...

also they do look ever so slightly different.
