"That was a bit basic! But oh well! Am here to help you! xD"
Minato then walks near the Young noob and grabs his shoulder with his palm. Both of em starts to walk whilst Minato starts to explain.
"That was correct but there is bit more to that. See, Elemental interaction is the way two elemental chakra natures Interact. One may be strong over the other or vice versa!. Hmm...How to explain better about this, Take the Fire element. The fire element is strong over the wind element but it is weak over water element. That means, An A rank fire technique can easily be stopped by a B ranked water technique, Whilst the same A rank fire technique can easily overpower an A ranked wind technique. Elemental interaction all depends on the strength and weakness of the two/ more elements that are clashing with each other.
Regular ninjutsu is a different case. Regular ninjutsu is based on the usage of raw chakra. Raw chakra is always weak to elemental chakra whereas when raw chakra undergoes a high level of Shape manipulation like the Rasengan!. It can go on equal terms with elemental chakra based techniques!
During the elemental interactions, the Size of the technique also matters!. For example say that your opponent is sending a large wave of A ranked water towards you. A rasengan which is A ranked by logic must cancel the water wave; but when compared to the size of the water wave, the rasengan is waaay too small! So it will be a wrong counter and you'll be hit by the water technique!."
*Tosses a scroll to Kushimaru!"

"Now that you have some knowledge about the elemental interactions, strengths and weakness! Tell me what do you know about Suiton? Is it versatile? What are it's strengths? What are it's weakness? How will it interact with other elemental techniques? What are the KG's that are made up of Suiton element? Who are the prominent users of Suiton?"
Ty so much, I tried my best! That was very well done. Best reply I have ever got.But the solid construct of water will fall under the Ice release category. Let me add a few. Take a good read.

⇒ Water Release :
- What is Water element/Water release? Water is one of the five basic elemental chakras in the Narutoverse. Ninjutsu techniques that make use of Water to chakra are called as water release techniques. Water is a Calm, Graceful yet powerful and versatile element. It is the third most versatile element out of the basic five while the first and second being wind and water respectively. Water is my favourite element and one of the most effective element to use in the battle field. The ease of manipulation that can be achieved with the water element is what makes it a perfect partner in a battle.
- Is water release versatile? I would say yes since it is my favourite element! jk. xD. Actually it is versatile if, you are able to produce a large water source and overwhelm the opponent such that he deprived of earth source. or if you battle in a terrain which has more water source like near a lake or pond on in an ocean. Most of the water technique need's water source which makes it less versatile than Earth and Wind release. Water technique's method of release can be broadly classified into four types. They are.
1. Water manipulation : Water manipulation is the process of manipulating the already existing water to perform water element related techniques. Most of the high ranked water techniques comes under this particular category. Water manipulation has some serious advantages and disadvantages. Advantages be like, Depending on the technique's range, the water present anywhere even behind the opponent can be manipulated however the major disadvantage is yesh, Water source is needed. ;-;
2. & 3. Water Projectiles and Water Stream : Both these method of release originate from the user. A projectile is something that once release from the user, The user will not have any control over it. It is release as it it and it take the set designated path along which it is directed. While streams are different. Stream techniques are something that requires the user to feed it with chakra constantly as the user continuously releases it. The user will have full control over the release water and can stop the stream when ever the user desires.
4. Others : Under this other's category of techniques, Special type of Water release techniques that uses special form of water like Oil, starch syrup etc etc comes. These kinds of techniques can be very advantageous in the battle which we will discuss as we proceed with the techniques.
- What are its weakness? As we have seen that the water release is a calm, streamlined release the power and the flow of the water can be effectively stopped by the Earth release technique. Also the fact that Earth can absorb water also adds to it's weakness to the earth release technique. No only that, The flow of a water technique can effectively be stopped or change the course of it by a earth technique. Earth release techniques can however withstand the impact produced by these water techniques.
- What are its strengths? Say you light a candle and suddenly the Cloth near the candle catches fire. What will you do? you will pour water into it rite? Exactly, that the same concept that is involved here too. Water put's off fire. hence water is strong against fire. However there is something that is special regarding this interaction between water and fire which we will later discuss on while dealing with the techniques.
- What about the interaction with Other two? Water release has a unique interaction with the other two element. While the water and wind technique of equal rank get's cancelled if they clash with each other, Water techniques can be used in conjugation with wind technique in order to increase the sheer force of the water technique. Water is an excellent conductor of electricity. This property makes the water and lightning combo one of the powerful combo though this same concept can backfire the user. We will discuss that later.
- What do these Strength and Weakness actually mean in a battle? These stuffs play an important Role in our Battle RP when it comes to elemental interactions. Which we have seen earlier!
- What are the KGs and KTs that comprises Water as one of the Element?
Storm - Water + Lightning.
Wood - Water + Earth.
Ice - Water + Wind.
Boil - Water + Fire.
Any questions regarding this before continuing?
Kushimaru takes the leaf with his right hand and begins to look at it. He flips it back and forth, carefully looking at the properties of the leaf. Kushimaru then begins to apply the same method as the walking on water and tree techniques. However, instead of releasing steady streams of chakra from the bottom of his feet, he begins to release a small source of chakra from his finger tips and palm, trying to channel it into the leaf. He continues to channel chakra into it, shaping it around the leaf, trying to make a rough shape around it. While doing so, Kushimaru thinks of how the water flows and tries to do the same with his chakra, attempting to infuse it strongly...Well hot damn, best skipped my part LMAO great job to him, anyway.
Take this leaf, channel your water chakra into the leaf, if done correctly the leaf will be soaked due to the water chakra presence.
Key points...
Nature manipulation
Shape manipulation
With a cold and straight forward response, Kushimaru replies.Make sure to mention shape and nature manipulation. Nature is when you change the raw chakra into a element, shape is when you manipulate it into any shape you desire.
Now release me a ball of water, destroy this dummy.
After under tossing the orb of water Kushimaru calms himself and relaxes his body. As he does so, he begins to channel chakra inside of his mouth. He then does a spewing or spitting motion with is head, slightly inclining his body forward, trying to release his chakra as if he were blowing it outwards. As it is being released, he uses nature transformation to change the raw chakra into that of water, allowing him to release water instead of regular chakra. As it is being released, Kushimaru uses shape manipulation in order to control the source of water into a small stream that continues forward so long as he continues fueling it with chakra. Now do the same thing, but this time, release a stream of water, out of your mouth. Keep focus on it, and release it evenly, when you stop channeling chakra the tech will stop.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist JutsuAnyway my training is unorthodox.
Lets first begin with the D-Ranks.
(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.
( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.
I want you to simply list these four techs, your favorite to your least. Explain why the placement, their uses, adv/disadv, etc.
