Looks like the techniques he cheats wiht may very well be the techniques he 'may' know how to use, but it is confirmed in the Movie that he says "I can already use Fuuton, Raiton, and Suiton" + Insert training is for chumps blah blah

Prodigy blah blah.

Note: This is before he starts using the device, this is really early in the movie. If you read the latest chapter of the novel it is following the same story line

So yeah. Which I thought so, because the Novel is the movie script in book form. So it would of made sense for this to be in the movie too.

Just like someone said once, Boroto is like Freiza. He is someone who is naturally very talented. Who never trains hard. Once he applies his brain to that talent he can be unstoppable.

Personally I don't really care. To me he will always be in the shadows of Naruto. I hope this movie still keeps Naruto and Sasuke more relevant than him.

But I think he deserved his own battle where he could show his entire skill set, that goes for the new stuff were learning about him. I mean essentially were told he can do all these things, but for instance against Shikidai.

In order for that to happen he needed a opponent his level. Unfortunately with how the series is now it was physically not possible.
