Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Use your chakra control and after doing the hand signs *shows you them* channel the chakra into the clouds. After 3 turns past the rain should become hail so it comes down and by you controlling it, it will hit my clone.

Strong points-Can be used to Impale the opponent

Can be used in conjuction with raiton for stronger attacks

Weak points- It has a serious disadvantage that the opponent must be short range of his target to perform which puts him at risk too.

The cloud formation can be easily blown out by the rain and it also requires the usage of handseal thus is time considering.

It takes too much time to form.

It requires time and precise chara control.

Ways to counter this technique: Using earth to shield yourself as rain which is water is weak to earth.

You Doing the jutsu:I peform some handseal and then channel my chakra into the clouds after three turns, the rain turns to hale and i use my chakra to control it and direct it at your clone.

You Doing the jutsu: i channel my chakra towards the sky and make the rain to freeze therefore causing it to snow, i then spew out a thick mist from my mouth blurring our visions of each other at which point i sneak up on your clone using my senses, hearing and smell to locate him and then i slice your clone upon with a kunai.

You Doing the jutsu: I slam my two hands on the ground sending out a huge wave of chakra towards the ground in the process which causes water from nearby streams and rivers to fly into the air replenishing the clouds allowing artificial storms to be length.

You Doing the jutsu: I do the required hand-seals and by using the large amount of chakra in my two hands i gather rain chakra in my palm, then after having gathered enough i begin to run towards your clone i then condense the water in my hand to form into an orb which i explode by placing my hand on your clone which blasts him away and sends him back.

You Doing the jutsu: I use My Rain chakra to have the rain form into a huge pillar in the air with a radius of 4mm , i then focus on the ground where your clone is and have the pillar come raining down to that point where your clone is impaling him upon contact!
