Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

Use your chakra to have the clouds in the sky form into a clone of your self and have the clone attack my clone.

Strong points : Can work hand in hand with the user to make stronger attacks and also to assist him in defense

Weak points: No real draw backs in using this jutsu in my opinion, only small problem is that it doesnt distract the opponent.

Combinations-strategies : You can use the clone help you in attack or defense by using combinations attack such as wind and fire simultaneously.

Ways to counter this technique: Any form of strong impact should disperse the clone

Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Focus your chakra and start performing the necessary handseals. Once you're done you will place your hands out in front of you, as if you are going to stop a technique with your bare hands. Whilst you do so, you will release chakra through your hands to gather a large amount of rain from the sky, from the ground, from where-ever and use it to create a wall of solid water in front of you. Due to the density of the water, one is almost unable to move through, and thus you're protected from almost all taijutsu techniques. Keep your hands connected to the water to keep channelling chakra through, otherwise it will turn back into ordinary water..

Weak points: Despite its good defensive strenghts it has draw backs such as the user having to be in contact with wall thus leavng him open to other attacks.

Combinations-strategies: Since the opponent hands are already been used the user has to launch an attack from the mouth or one that doesn't require movement

Ways to counter this technique;Like said in the description lightning jutsu can be channeled through the wall to electrocute the user or a mass of solid earth like the stone golem can be used to break the defense.

Ways to counter the technique: upon the noticing of the gathering of clouds in the sky and appriopriate wind jutsu in rank and size can be used to disperse the clouds.

You Doing The Jutsu: I channel my chakra towards the clouds sending subtle waves into it, I then use the chakra in the rain to manipulate the rain drops to have a large nuclei to allow the water in the clouds to condense so the rain would fall at an accelerated pace.

Weak points:No real disadvantage to this jutsu, as it can be used to serve different purposes.

Combinations-strategies: Can follow up with lightning or any other good jutsu with a huge attacking prowess.

Ways to counter this technique: You can try and stop the opponent from performing the jutsu.

This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Use your chakra control and after doing the hand signs *shows you them* channel the chakra into the clouds. After 3 turns past the rain should become hail so it comes down and by you controlling it, it will hit my clone.
