You see how Naomi getting closer to you with liking your posts and have a soft spot on you unconditionally? If you're town and she's scum she's trying to win you. That's the "buddying attempt" I'm talking about.

But if both of you are scum. That doesn't matter. Sometimes scum can do an unthinkable things by manipulating player's psychology. I know expert player like you should know that.

The bold part should be encourage and welcome. Why'd you need to stop playing like that when it really helpful? You're pushing, following, exposing, interrogating your target player for a good cause. You pushed scum with that kind of playing style so there is nothing wrong about it. You're not pushing town there but scum.
