There is canon summons for hawks…unless they’re currently removed.

I know. There are just literally 0 canon jutsu or summons tied to the contract , forcing the signers to have to have CJ to summon hawks in any capacity. The hawk summoning contract has been neglected in the RP despite Sasuke summoning Garuda 11 years ago. So I was wondering if I make a Garuda CJ, would it be declined.

You wouldn’t make a canon jutsu. You’d simply let the RP foreman handle that by PMing him or something.

Wasn't aware it wasn't made tbvh. I'll look into it and add it to my to do list. Generally speaking however, it's never allowed to make canon techniques into customs even if they have not been added to the RP yet.

Please update Zetsu too. He needs to be adjusted to current RP format. Some of his jutsu are also incomplete. There’s gaps in what he can do with Hishamara’s cells also.

That won't happen because White Zetsu is due to be removed from the RP, there won't be an update regarding White Zetsu's viability in the current or future iterations of the RP. It exists functionally as the byproduct of a successful Infinite Tsukuyomi and as such, can't exist anymore as a regular bio. I told you this before; it hasn't been fully phased out due to things having higher priority for me such as tests, new abilities, customs and more.

The wooden casement windows were slamming hard against the frames of the walls, and people outside were seen hurrying to their homes to take shelter. This wasn't a sight unbeknownst to a dark sinister place like this tavern where all the scum and villainy from across the globe came to do their dirty deeds, but, for some reason the weather was extra harsh this very night, as if foreboding a sense of an imminent threat. The barkeeper was gently drying a beer glass with an old cloth when suddenly the door slammed open.

A dark-cloaked figured entered as every customer in the vicinity turned their heads abruptly to see who this stranger could be. Water was dripping on the floor with each step he took towards the barkeeper behind the bar as silence filled the room.
Slamming his right hand on the bar-desk , he had one demand and one demand alone...

• The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
