There is no need for that, freeform dodging already exists and the characters with their own body flickers can still use them to get extended range vs freeform dodging which is as it should be.

It depends on what you want to get. Alot of things of higher tiers have moved to battle tests + kumi and some only battle tests.

Every ability listed Tier 3 and below will continue to be obtainable via Kumi at it's normal cost.
These abilities, generally considered low issue/less problematic and as such typically do not require moderation or overview. As such, no additional barriers are placed outside of Kumi purchase.
Tier 4 abilities will either be available via a Battle Test, via Kumi purchase at normal cost, or a combination of the two ( a Battle Test while only requiring half the Kumi ).
Bijuu from 1 to 7 Tails will still be purchasable, while 8 and 9 will become Battle Test only due to their upgrades to come. Doujutsu will now be unable to be obtained via Kumi alone; however, because of this the price will suffer a large reduction. Mangekyo will be obtainable at half the price + a Battle Test, requiring only 9k and passing a BT. EMS, Rinnegan (excluding Nagato/Six Paths bios), and Tenseigan will require a Test only, no Kumi price tag added on.
Almost All Tier 5 and Tier 6 abilities will become Battle Test Only
The Tier with the most changes, this tier has become almost exclusively Test only with the exceptions of Yin and Yang Releases and Sage Release. Each ability will have it's own individual requirements, such as Hagoromo's future test requiring Y/Y to test, Six Paths Naruto requiring Naruto bio for x time, etc.

There have been a lot of bugs and issues with the plug in for the last month or so. Until we can fully fix it and prevent exploits, the Kumi thread is being used for purchases/acquisition of abilities.
