That Ape Titan looks like he would r*pe the hell out of someoneAlthough Irika is younger than Yamato and Kakashi, lol foo probably had some kick ass parties after the war Dx

B!tch please he never had any plot holes except for Haku being light speed, Hagoromo's background, and Kisame seeing Tobi's face. When has Kishi ever been consistent in anything besides leaving plot holes in every arc?
I'll wait.....
That being said about Haku was probably not meant to be literal, and i doubt there were pictures of Madara around or something.B!tch please he never had any plot holes except for Haku being light speed, Hagoromo's background, and Kisame seeing Tobi's face.
Don't make me laugh bro. If he is proving everyone ages differently, than why did Kakashi, Iruka and Kakashi all age a huge amount in that short time? We could also talk about Gai. They all aged severely between Part 2 and Gaiden. That alone shows consistency with how he ages them all the same. Yet this retracts from aging patterns he gave to both Jiraiya and Hiruzen. You can't possibly argue he is trying to mimic real life while he shows consistency in extreme aging post Gaiden, yet shows a consistency in lack of aging among a few characters in part 1/2. These 2 situations create an extreme inconsistency between them. Tsunade adds a new element to it.Lol, you solo'd yourself in the first sentence, you act like these aren't humans he's drawing. Most manga, actually all of art is inspired by real life. He didn't dream up the human anatomy one day. Come on man, smh.
Exactly this. Not everyone ages the same.
For example Hirohiko Araki is 55 years old and he still looks in his early 30's

That's an opinion. I think it's perfectly logical. If you're going to assert something here you're inviting a discussion, so you can't end with the statement, "Please don't bother defending it." Because you just want to assert something and then go plug your ears because you're not actually interested in a discussion. This is not a logical reason as this is a manga and not real life. For Kishi to show any level of consistency, all his characters should age at the same rate.
It's not absent-minded if he's aging them differently if it's his intention to be realistic. How does it prove anything about how much attention he put in that part of it? That just sounds like a made-up excuse for it not being how you like it. You made a judgement without even taking an interest in finding out the author's intention. You would never think twice about it if they all aged the same, but they way he aged some more than others only proves he's absent minded on the matter. It proves he either doesn't think about it or forgot how he aged characters prior.
I can't understand how it doesn't make sense. Because you live in a world where people age different. Do you have a hard time stepping outside and looking at real people?Again, this isn't real life. How can two characters look decades apart yet be the same age? How can two characters look the same age but be 15+ years apart? Please don't bother defending it with this reason.
Lol, I'm not gonna sit here and keep repeating myself. We'll just have to agree to disagree. :bdpf:Don't make me laugh bro. Its all about keeping the points within a similar trend. By letting the points scatter in all directions creating extreme outliers, it proves he is not being cognizant regarding the issue. Again, I ignore the idea he is defending aging in real life, as that's a weak and convenient answer to vast amount of inconsistency.
Thing is, I didn't write this thread expecting to get a logical reason as to why the inconsistency is so great. I surely wasn't going to accept 'natural differences in aging' to be a legitimate argument on the matter. Thus when people started using it, I began asserting against it. Notice how that is the only argument against it at this point. I'm sorry that I don't meet your standard of creating a discussion. My point was to address what I felt was a problem and wanted to show evidence of it.That's an opinion. I think it's perfectly logical. If you're going to assert something here you're inviting a discussion, so you can't end with the statement, "Please don't bother defending it." If you think that in manga everybody should look the same if they fall in the same age group, fine. It creates problems for you? That would make the problem yours.
But in real life there is no standard by which age can be judged just from looking at somebody. Who sets that standard? In horses and dogs you have to look at their teeth to see how old they are. You can't tell by looking. It's going to be the same for humans. Some ninjas work in offices and some do field work. Sun exposure causes wrinkles. Why should a manga author cast everybody as though they all had the same aging genetics and environmental influences applied to them?
That would only be swapping which part is the "illogical" part. Now it would be illogical for the sun-exposed ninjas to have the same skin as office-workers.

What rulebook says that because it's something he can do, then he should do it?
This was largely my point. Kishi worked overtime to fill plot holes in a variety of arcs. He outright changed many things in order to make future plotlines more consistent. I'm asserting that this issue simply adds to that pile. When has Kishi ever been consistent in anything besides leaving plot holes in every arc?
I'll wait.....
Look at Sean Connery tooHoly shit, is that really the same girl?
She is immortal.
Lets take a look at how the gang aged between part 2 and Gaiden:

Keep in mind that all three of these characters were in their mid to late 20's in part 2 and Gaiden is no more than 10-12 years later. Does Gaiden Iruka really look to be in his late 30's? Heck no, he looks mid 50's at best.
Now lets look at 3 older characters:
Hiruzen
This is during the Kyuubi attack, so its part one minus 16 years. He was about 68 in part 1, meaning he's about 52 here.

Clearly he looks either younger or equal in age to Epilogue Iruka, who is about 15 years younger. Tell me with a straight face this makes sense.
Jiraiya
he is the same age as Hiruzen during the Kyuubi attack, yet looks much younger than him.

Tsunade
Leaving the best for last, clearly I'm not going to talk about Oro. Tsunade being the same age as Jiraiya should look to be aged the same yes? Kishi says no.

This is how her skin looks without her seal active..... and she's the same age as Jiraiya.
There is no consistency going on here at all. Every character under 30 seems to have aged 30 years between the span of part 2 and Gaiden. Everyone 50+ before Gaiden look to have aged much slower when compared to them. Tsunade breaks this trend, looking decades older than Jiraiya who is her same age. Its downright odd on Kishi's part, you'd think he'd keep it more in line.
