That's the Shinobi way dude. These guys have endured a previous Ninja World War. They were all prepared to die. Even the random dude who freaked out wasn't freaking out because he was going to die. He freaked out because he felt like he didn't contribute enough to alliance before dying. These ninja, even him were all boss and went out like champions.

How does the expression go? If there is nothing you can do about it, then why worry? If there is something you can do about it, then why worry?

If we consider it in a cultural context, Shikaku had already accepted his death as inevitable and achieved that Zen state. If we consider it in a troll perspective, Obito had already stated they would all be brought back through Infinite Tsukuyomi. If we consider it in the story context, chances are they've done this before, many times, so he'll just wait for the next cycle.

There!

Ok,kiddo i get it,you want to troll,it's obvious. What i meant was that there you diden't saw much emotion on shikaku's face was not because kishimoto failed,it's because you diden't understood the manga page and the message.
LMFAO! Wow>__>

I am not being sarcastic, I am being absolutely serious! I am applauding Kishimoto. Lol do you not see the sig? Nice brain on you pal....

Nice post man plus rep, but I don't think them being alive in Mugen Tsukuyomi means those who have died will come back to life.....they will just be mere projections...

Is that why you said I was trolling and couldn't understand the simplest of concepts that exists in a Ninja story? I take that as an insult to my intelligence...

Well then,I take that back since you're not being sarcastic, and just to prove my point that your thread gives that feeling,I was not the only who got it the wrong way.

It really doesn't, most people including yourself are just more used to Kishimoto getting insulted on this forum and you cannot recognise genuine admiration anymore. That is what's messed up.

If you wanted to express genuine admiration, the thread would look like this:

The explosive equivalent of an atomic bomb is headed their way to kill them all, from which there is absolutely no escape and yet, they're still standing their ground or they're not afraid. Not and yet.......there is no emotion in that face.......
Next time express yourself a lil better. And I see you've added a lil detail xD.

I was emphasising Shikakus expression, because there is obviously emotion in that situation when the guy in the next panel is clearly a little worried....and yes....I edited it for the dopes of the world.

Why don't you just admit that any sort of appreciation for the writer is vague to you and to this forum....cuz that's the truth

The no emotion just fit the scene...note how Ao was nervous and trying to remain Capn by saying, "Listen to me"....and then Shikaku calmly says: "it is heading here,". It just shows Shikaku's sense of duty that he goes so far as to completely disregard his death in order to give his son and the allied forces the chance to live! The sand guy was also nervous...and the expression on the standing mist sensor was one of acceptance of death...he have me the impression of that smirk one makes just before he blows himself up against a horde of Zombies XD

Yeah that Mist guy was almost happy....also....the Nara brain was showcased in the final moments too, Shikaku immediately figured out where the TBB was headed.
