To get EMS, you gotta be Indra's reincarnation and have a brother to take his eyes. SO what if Madara or Sasuke didn't have a brother? How would they reach their full potential?

That's half true. Only one senju is God level, and he isn't even god level any more. Sasuke Madara, and Obito are all uchiha and all of them could solo the entire senju clan at their strongest.

The concept of EMS is flawed in the beginning. MS. Techniques main flaw is that they exchange something in return, ie eye sight or a cool down with it. However EMS just sheets on this notion of equal exchange and adds a luck factor for the exchange is moot.

I think the difference between them is that Indra's Reincarnations will be born with his Chakra and abnormally stronger and skilled than regular Uchiha's like Itachi

Where is it state that the Uchiha getting his eyes extracted needs to be a transmigrant ? You are seeing a coincidence when we only have an explanation that reaches a certain degree.
