Fodder uchiha don't deserve EMS and non-fodder uchiha don't need EMS ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

The real question do you need EMS to get rinnegan. Think about we used to think you need EMS to use PS, but now it seems all you need is MS and a lot of chakra. Hogo said the only requirements is to be have the chakra of both transmigrants.

It could be also possible that Indra's actual chakra is divided between both brothers and implanting brother's eyes result in combination of their chakra which in turn results in the emergence of Indra's actual chakra, that's why reincarnation's EMS is the same as Indra's MS.

True. A senju's power is already unbelievably high. They were the strongest clan for a reason. An EMS Madara has never defeated Hashirama.

As far as raw power is concerned, ems Madara might be somewhere along the lines as Tobirama. That's how great the senju are

As powerful? Doubtful. Even though I personally believe Itachi had more potential than anybody else in the manga and had to be killed off by aids but that's just me.
