Sorry to say to kisame, but Minato is really f*cking fast.

Faster than kcm naruto....

And minato is a finisher too, the konoha's yellow flash takes this mid diff

Kisame utterly destroys with the given conditions. Give Minato SM and tagging and I believe Kisame still has the edge.

I'm curious to know what Kisame can do to react to an instantaneous attack from all sides from Minato at that distance even with full intel and those restrictions. Kisame is just nowhere near Minato's speed level. Minato mid diff at most.

Nopeeee. Seals may use or take chakra to form. But, chakra is not constantly present as far as we can tell. The Sharingan was unable to see the seals placed on Danzo's body, for one example.

Nopeeee. Seals may use or take chakra to form. But, chakra is not constantly present as far as we can tell. The Sharingan was unable to see the seals placed on Danzo's body, for one example.

Because he didn't input chakra into them until the moment of his demise :|
