Solid evidence and well explained, except for his fights against other members of Akatsuki, specifically Deidara:

• he can't counter what he can't see, hence C4 is far from easy to deal with
• at the very least, Deidara's C1 can be used in the water so the dome really inhibits his range of mobility
• the latter typically has a significant altitude advantage and knows how to outmaneuver opponents

That's not to say Kisame has less power than Deidara, he'd just lose most scenarios between the two of them.
I concur with at least the notion of Sasori losing to Kisame. Whether he'd beat Kakuzu isn't so easy to guess.

The issue however is your statement of how the order of death identifies power, that's just ludicrous.​

Dafaq? You're complaining that Kisame is underrated but then you put Sasori on the same level, if not lower than Hidan? You're underrating Sasori and this is to the max! For one Deidara who died after Hidan from what I remember admitted that he is inferior to Sasori. Shikamaru who is easily a Jounin level ninja defeated Hidan - Sasori is easily low-mid Kage level braw. Sasori defeated the Third Kazekage who is the strongest Kazekage of all time - this makes him one of the, if not the greatest ninja that Sungakure has produced. And no, Sakura > Sasori either. It was basically Chiyo with Sakura's assistance fighting Sasori and they both had tons of information and preperation time while Sasori had none. You're underrating Sasori a bit too much.

Anyhow, I do agree, Kisame is easily Top 4.
