I highly doubt it. Kisame was using the weight of Samehada with his own strength to crack the floor, Raikage used his bare hand. No added force.

Samahada hardly weighs anything. Look at how kisame and bee carry it around.

Also kishi hasnt shown any feats in kisame punching a wall therefore you cannot say because he hasnt shown this, he cannot or A is stronger because of this

Well yes there isn't enough feats from Kisame to prove that Raikage is stronger, but Raikage has shown better feats. Plus, his fighting style is based around his pure strength (and Lightning Release). It might not be 100%, but it is much more than likely that the Raikage is stronger than Kisame based on feats.

But still none of the feats you have shown is enough to say Kisame>Raikage. The main reason I can't get many feats of Raikage is because he fights while using Lightning release. If he had a fight without it, then it should be much clearer who is stronger between the two. The only thing there which does show how strong Kisame is, is the punch he gave to Gai. All the rest don't really mean much. Im sure Gai would say the exact same thing if he was facing Raikage.

i think you should reword the title of your thread lolx cuz i vote based on title of thread, then read the posts. as far as physical strength, then yeah, you persuaded me. but strongest as in overall? no. cuz oro was strongest in akatsuki b4 itachi came. that's why i put disagree. but i understand now

tsunade - and she doesn't use chakra enhanced kicks/punches
3rd/4th raikage

so you missed the second bell test that naruto and sakura had apparently cuz kakashi explains that sakura must have learned how to punch that hard FROM tsunade who in fact DOES use massively chakra enhance punches and kicks
