Yes pure strength. Seriouly it feels as if majority of nb people are retarded or cannot read.

The 3rd and A have their raiton armour which porvides them with extreme speed thus their strength also increases. Even still the 3rd and A are very strong, but the manga has hinted several times that kisame is the strongest without any ninjutsu or chakra help

by saying that i dont think this meant he just as powerful, but was surprised by his strength. Its like when Naruto said the Raikage was super fast, he was just caught off guard by his speed and wasnt expecting him to be that fast.

I agree kasami is a tailess beast but he still steals chakra. So you are never fighting at your best. So to beat him in combat you have to us none chakra move which really narrows the list. I think this is the reason why mighty guy beat him, as it was the first fight he had without samaheda, then again tiajutsu was his weakness. So i conclude that he is a good as any other akatsuki bad guy without samaheda. But with it he is as strong as any opponent he faces...

What are you talking about. Kisame hitting the floor(with little effort) with samahada is pure strength. Tsuande's kicks and punches power come from her chakra precision.
