Kirin vs Rasen Shuriken

Which technique would you say is overall stronger and more effective in battle?

Both are One hit KO's in my opinion and are among the strongest jutsu's in the entire series; Rasen shuriken so difficult it's only been mastered by one person (like looking right and left at the same time) and Kirin said to be able to destroy mountains. However, I've seen both been ineffective at times aswell:

Sasuke's Kirin was even TICKLE Itachi's Susanoo.
Rasen Shuriken was USELESS vs Third Raikage's armour.

Rasenshuriken. Unless your're the 3rd Raikage, if that thing hits you, you're destroyed down to the molecular level.

Kirin hits you ... well we don't know actually. xd

kirin has more destructive power,
but if those two were to be matched rasen shuriken would win because of the elemental advantage

I say kirin becasue. the raseshuriken is not at powerful as kirin. sasuke used the power of the atmosphere to create his jutsu. naruto rasenshuriken is charka manipluated. sasukes is not charka manplulating kirin. its power comes from the actual earth and atomosphere . zesu explains it in the links i provided

these two links explain what im talking about^^^^. rasenshurken didnt even cut the 3rd raikage so his lighting armor is actually stronger than narutos attack.
i say kirin would win. even though wind is lightning weakness the wind attack isnt as strong as the kirin

Rasen Shuriken. More manageable, less stress on the user, multiple times of use. Up to 6 (naruto's sennin modo, don't know in kyubbi mode). Can expand and/or change course.

Who the hell told you its undogable? he has only used it once. i can think of kakashi absorbing it with kamui, nagato using preta path, tobi using his space time stuff to run away, there are more.....

Speed of light, can't dodge surely? and preta path isn't dodging its getting hit its just absorbing and that can be said for all ninjutsu.

Once Kirin is prepared it only takes 1/1000th of a second to hit the ground because it uses natural lightning

it is undodgable read those charpters over. lightning reaches the ground

lighting reaches the ground in under a thousandth of a s second. its faster than sound. you cannot dodge that attack unless your faster than lightning. no human is faster than lightning if you are your not human.

It's hard to say since we've never seen Kirin actually hit someone with the full extent of its power.
We've see the Rasen-Shuriken do major damage on the cellular level, and I think the only reason it didn't work on the 3rd Raikage is cause 1. he was shielding himself with the lightning armor, and 2. it was said that his skin was like steel and blood like iron.
So again we can't say which is better or stronger until we see someone take a direct hit from Kirin.

Speed of light and speed of lightning are two different things, just FYI.

RS is better & stronger, not faster though.

the elemental damage wouldnt work. it needs to be on the same level of power as it. when naruto used RS against edo 3rd raikage his lightning armor was actually stronger than the RS thats why it didnt cut. sasuke kirin he is not using his charka to create that lightning jutsu instead he used the power of the earth and atmosphere to create it. its on a completely different level to a ninja who uses charka maniplaution like narutos RS towards sasuke using the atomophere and earth. kind of when raiga was using actuall lightning instead of creating it with his charka. its much stronger if it is coming from mother nature

Kirin there is no way you can dodge that jutsu. Itachi survived only because of susanoo.
