it's funny how some people Disagree and they have avatar for Fodder Characters ( Oro )

i mean in the last chapter Sasuke was about to Finish Off Obito if it wasn't for Kakashi and minato

and Sasuke Owned Oro with 3 tomo sharingan with neg diff

not to mention Oro is following Sasuke order like a good pet

OT : Kirin is the most underrated jutsu it can destroy a whole villiage
cuz the lightining can hit a very large location unlike the rasenshuriken a small energy

Incorrect, chakra based elemental Fuuton beats chakra based elemental Raiton but when the weaker nature's jutsu is superior in power, it overcomes the weakness. Kirin by physical feats, uses natural lightning which is a lot stronger.

Not to mention the sheer size difference.

And what discredits the sheer destructive capacity from Fuuton: Rasenshuriken? It's clear you are referencing Madara using Great Fire Annihilation and how it took multiple Shinobi using water techniques to subdue it, but the difference in power in this case is too minimal to apply that case to here.

I actually go for kirin too cos the rate at which kirin goes and the force that comes it with its massive,raw and brutal destruction gives it an edge over frs notwithstanding the fact that its pure nature tech while frs is just a human possessed and used element.

naruto's rasenshuriken is made from very dense chakra, it more than likely might be able to tank kirin since susanoo which is also made from chakra, managed to do. So in theory if naruto could make an oodama rasenshuriken and hold it over his head, he could potentially block it, especially if he uses SM.

and don't say it's not possible, because kishi logic dictates that anything is possible in NV, and also kabuto says it best.

Kirin honestly is the most trolled attack in Naruto. It's potential is amazing but sadly it's only been used once and was countered.

OT: I'd personally pick RS over Kirin only because it's less prep time but I honestly think they are more or less equal. Kirin would likely one-shot anyone it hits, but RS does that to opponents too so damage wise they are about equal. RS takes less prep time but Kirin has more attack speed once it's prepared so I say they balance in overall speed and practicality as well

Kirin would beat out Rasen Shuriken for the simple fact that 1:it's pure lighting whereas Rasen Shuriken uses wind chakra,2:it's extremely fast and destructive.

Assuming we are talking about base Rasen Shuriken then that's not possible since Naruto can only make it expand while in Sage Mode.
