Kirin would still hit its target, rasenshurkin doesnt have the power to negate kirin or stop it from hitting its target.

Not to mention its at least 10 times faster, at least.

Except that's not always the case since Katon can beat Water if it's strong enough,not to mention Kirin is pure lightning whereas chakra natures only turn the chakra into a element.

But that is under the assumption that the user of FRS would just stand in one singular spot and let Sasuke cast Kirin, which is completely illogical. Also, the prep time for each given technique is slower in one case; Kirin. Current Naruto makes Rasenshuriken with utter ease, and has even shown the capacity to use one for each hand without the use of clones when the alliance assumed the Phoenix formation to attack Uchiha Madara and Uchiha Obito.

This is assuming that the two jutsus are clashing with each other. Kirin might be able to beat out a normal FRS due to its speed and power but not Choudama FRS, it's much bigger and powerful than the original and has elemental advantage over Kirin.

Incorrect, chakra based elemental Fuuton beats chakra based elemental Raiton but when the weaker nature's jutsu is superior in power, it overcomes the weakness. Kirin by physical feats, uses natural lightning which is a lot stronger.

Not to mention the sheer size difference.

OT: If we're talking about a clash, and by some odd chance FRS goes off just as Kirin hits it, FRS wins. However that likely won't be the scenario so yes, Kirin wins U_U
