Well Madara Would've been younger not that it matters age has no bearing on it. Madara could atill fight a 24 hour match againsr senju such as Hashirama and Tobirama amongst others before touching the ground. I would've agreed with you bit Sasuke was mever really battle hardened or killing adults as a kid. Sasuke wasn't sparring training and always fighting against the greatest(2nd) shinobi of his time.
He was sparring and training with Naruto all the time and when he left he even got stronger than the strongest shinobi/Hokage of all times. His kid battle with Naruto in Vote one triumph over all of his battles with Hashirama as a kid. VoTe 2 completely blew Hashirama and Madara's battle out of the park that it didn't even stand a chance.
I know Madara is strong but we need to find something to properly gauge him as a kid, we can't just assume that he's on this unheard of level and I'm surprised that you wouldn't compare it to Sasuke

The eyes see chakra he sees it's flowing different to his and Kakashi's. I don't see what there is to figure out, that's a sharingan ability. It could be said that Obito noticed it and that's to his credit. But we're not discussing that ability rather that he didn't know it was a genjutsu that caused the alteration. As for controlling tailed beasts that's a totally different ability and skill level dependant on the individual.

13 year old Obito doesn't have the Rinnegan or an MS at that. Sasuke's the best overall and in databook 2 his Intelligence is 2.5 Also Kiba has Akamaru assisting him and he uses his specialised abilities from a young age. The stats are solid and I've said it before once Madara trained him teen Obito did infact become 1 of the smartest and went onto fodderise Minato.

Not really, this is a “what if” scenario so whether Madara had a MS as a kid or not is irrelevant. This scenario is no different from the “Rinnegan Madara (revived) vs Nagato” scenarios, which are impossible because they both can’t have the Rinnegan at the same time. All we do is take note of the respective feats performed by both characters when they were kids, add their respective MS to them, and see which one would win. But if we just ruled out intelligence and turned it into a battle of MS techniques, then it would be a nerfed Kamui vs Susano’o. I still say Madara wins because he was killing skilled Senju adults prior to obtaining his sharingan while kid Obito was pathetic, at best.
Edit: But we also have to take into account what standards are we maintaining in this discussion. Is this a scenario where kid Obito retains the modifications made by Madara?
