To begin with, simply coat your entire body with Suiton chakra and concentrate a larger amount in your feet than other places.

o_o I have no idea what you're talking about. Have you used too much chakra?

Alright, simple enough from here. While you're in the water, the Suiton chakra helps you blend in with the water. To move yourself around, simple fire the chakra out of your feet like a jet, allowing for easier movement underwater than just swimming.

Though, it doesn't solve the oxygen problem. Could be useful if you find yourself in the right situation.

Since this is more of an odd jutsu...have some fun with it, then we'll move on.

I wouldn't think so. Even though it forms a barrier around your skin, water probably still diffuses across.

Another pretty useful Water move. The Wiki recommends this jutsu against Smoke based jutsu, as it's a powerful continuous blast, but I think it'd be very good against practically any fire attack that it can take out. o-o

This one requires no handseals, so simply focus your Suiton chakra through your dominant hand, face your palm outward, and let it fly out, expelling it through your own force to create a powerful stream.

*I turn to my right and hold out my right hand as I focus Suiton chakra into it. I then start to turn the Suiton chakra in front of my hand into water and I manipulate it forwards for a distance before letting gravity take effect. I continuously make more of my chakra into water and propel it forward, making an ever-flowing stream from my hand.*

<.<" It's a weird comparison, but it works: I find this jutsu is similar to turning your arm into a fire hose, and the water should come out as such.

(Poorly explained. I'm making a tubular conveyer belt. The inside of the tube moves forward and curves around at the end and moves backwards before merging back into the back of the tube that's touching my palm. It's pushing the water forward constantly.) I then speed up the "conveyer belt" of chakra making it shoot from my palm faster.*

This jutsu does require a Water Source, though. So, focus your chakra into the river and propel it into the trees.

Like the wiki says, this jutsu was used to put out a fire, so it uses quite a bit of water and has some force behind it, but not a lot.

This is a pretty decent move to use, if both you and your opponent are standing on a water source - like the ocean, or such.

This jutsu is basically just a large scale rotation. Focus your chakra into the river, and have the chakra in that area all rotate in one direction. o_o The concept of this jutsu is pretty simple.

That's one way to do it. o_o" xd I was expecting you to focus your chakra into the mass of water, and just start making the whole thing rotate, but your rotor method works well too. ^_^

o_o Pretty much.

Despite it's rank, I find this jutsu very useful. If you know fire, you can use it to boost the range and power of your fire attacks (since it'll ignite the oil), and if you don't, you can make pseudo-fire attacks by using this jutsu in conjunction with a wind attack and an explosive Kunai.

So, now, just manipulate the chemical structure of the chakra, and turn it into oil (basically, shape manipulation, since your changing it's physical properties...I think O-O").

I got to thinking about it, and it makes sense. It is shape manipulation. If you can manipulate the chakra into water, oil is relatively simple as well.

(<.< We won't go into scientific specifics. xd Just manipulate it, and we can move on.)

But, just in case...

You need to basically focus a large amount of Suiton chakra and convert it into water.

*Uses the Earth Rampart jutsu, causing a large section of earth to form*

But, yeah, simply focus your Suiton chakra into a large and continuous flow, and form a waterfall.

This jutsu is somewhat popular, in that people will try to form it in front of them or over the top of an enemy as a shield or attack...but...
