This jutsu is eminently useful, powerful, and activates quickly, due to needing no handseals.

And using the jutsu is simple in itself.

Focus Suiton chakra into your system, and have the chakra rotate at high speeds as you form the water infront of your palm. Then, simply thrust your palm forward, and fire a large spiraling wall of water at your opponent. ^_^

I then point my palm towards your clone, as I focus the Suiton chakra towards my palm in a flowing manner and spin the chakra as it makes it's way there. As the chakra reaches my palm, I turn it into water and use the same propulsion style as with previous techniques, hopefully sending a spiral of water towards your clone.*

*As I attempt to memorize every handseal you mention, I suddenly fall over, unconscious. I then enter a dream in which the hand seals are listed on a giant chalkboard. After 10 minutes of unconsciousness (Though, I don't know why you stood there for 10 minutes while I was out. xd ), I awake and have the seals memorized. (10 minutes of a dream = 2 hours. o_o And we're not going by the rules of the actual world, where one loses all memory of a dream minutes after. We're going by Inception rules. >.<)*

This jutsu requires the Tiger handseal, but in itself is easy to preform. You simply focus your chakra into some water and lift it into the air, creating a large orb of water. Then, using the chakra within that water, you create several whips that then shoot outward that you can direct, using your chakra.

Give it a go.

I then quickly and simultaneously make each of them extend and fly in directions of each of your clones.*

Now, what you do now is essentially use Five Water Shark bombs, but in the water itself, using the chakra through each of your fingers to create a shark.
