*Holding the same bokuto in both hands with good grip i then raise it above me a bit towards by back, and bring it down with great strength behind it towards the dummy's left shoulder, with so much strength that i would easily slice open a human's shoulder..*

You literally posted the exact same thing. I should also apologize, now that I double check, you didn't do the Two Handed Horizontal correctly either.

Now, a Two-Handed Horizontal.

*Holding the bokuto with both palms with a strong grip of it's handle it move it at an angle towards my left side where it looks as a baseball bat possition however the bokuto is fully horizontal, i then swing it with great force towards the training dummy's left knee with enough preassure and strength to break a human's knee.*

Yosh. And now a Two-Handed Vertical.
*Holding the bokuto with both palms with a strong grip of it's handle, i keep calm and rise it backwards above my head, moving my left leg backwards and bending my right knee a bit foward in order to have better balance and put more strength behind the bokuto's strength, i then slash foward with the bokuto at the training dummy's head, with enough strength to cause internal bleeding.*

You don't slash forward, but Up --> Down :hint: Though I know what you meant.

That was fine. Moving on, do you know what a Lunge is?

Pardon the confusement. :p

I believe it's somewhat similar to what i did in my recent Two handed Vertical Slash.

[Nice sig btw, although Chess table with some chess pieces would look better ;D]

The lunge? Well..not really no. Lunges are like a 'sudden forward thrust.' Stabs are less powerful, but can have a higher fatality, due to their speed- you can get in and out, quickly. But, they do also cover a shorter distance. Lunges are full-body, where as stabs use only your arms; so, they have much more power behind them, but also leave you open, due to the way that can be preformed.

Keotsu:

This woman demonstrates a very good lunge in SPORT fencing. Being as this is battle training, our form is a bit different - your movement will be quicker, harsher, and you'll most likely flair your arm diagonally behind you to stabilize instead of diagonally behind you. Lunges are often chained from other strikes, as combo finishers. Something I forgot to mention is that: prior to what the video said, you may lean in past your ankle for extra range, however, it will make recovering more difficult, and you'll want to extend your blade as you lunge, not before, for additional force.
Questions?

Understood, no questions as of now. ^^
Oh, I forgot to add that lunges are often chained from other strikes, as combo finishers. Something I forgot to mention is that: prior to what the video said, you may lean in past your ankle for extra range, however, it will make recovering more difficult, and you'll want to extend your blade as you lunge, not before, for additional force.

So I have to ask again, do you have any questions?
