kenjutsu is simply the usage of swords in battle. it's the same as taijutsu in everything except that we don't use our fists but we use our swords. kenjutsu is also the most used techniques by a samurai character but they have their own techniques that can't be used by a ninja. Kenjutsu can be used in combination with taijutsu, ninjutsu, chakra flow and even genjutsu in order to achieve more devastating techniques. the sword used for kenjutsu can be enhanced with many elemental ninjutsu techniques like wind and lightning, although the wind is known for it's cutting ability but the usage of lightning to enhance the swords' cutting ability is greater so that Kiba (the twin swords of Ameyuri Ringo and Kurosaki Raiga) have gained the title of the sharpest swords ever.

*as i catch the sword i walk towards the dummy and as i reach it i quickly hit it's right shoulder with the sword then i take a step backwards and stab its stomach with the sword. After it i raise the sword at the level of its throat then i swing it horizontally to separate it's head from the rest of its body*

Hmm, nothing too fancy, simple and effective. I like it! Now to actual techs, which are quite simple as well in their nature!
(Ken Rendan no Jutsu) - Sword Barrage Technique

Pretty simple and effective if used right, you deliver a flurry of attacks with a sword, aiming at any particular spot you wish, and then finish with a powerful blow to incapacitate them.
How would you use this and/or defend against it?
*I take out my right Kiba and as i approach a training dummy I start swinging my sword and slashing it's body, making many cuts on its arms and body. then I swing it diagonally making a great diagonal cut in its body. all the other cuts were very small compared to the last one as it was cutting the dummy into two halves*
if the opponent (who's using this technique on me) is very fast and i can't keep up with him, I have to -at least- stop the final slash because it's the strongest and the most dangerous one of them.
I can stop it by obstructing his sword's movement with my sword and using my sword to defend the last slash
I can also use this jutsu to harden my body but it will be useless if the opponent is enhancing the power of his sword using lightning chakra
(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique
if the opponent (who's using this technique on me) is very fast and i can't keep up with him, I have to -at least- stop the final slash because it's the strongest and the most dangerous one of them.

Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

Well, your answersa leave much to the imagination. They aren't really detailed and are the basic generic counters and usages of kenjutsu. While tried and true, they aren't creative. I want you to really think of good ways to use them that would be harder for your enemy to counter next time, same with your counters to it. Any other questions on this?

At 1:49, Yugao begins it but Kakashi moves before she can deal the last blow, which can still be seen as she swings. Now, your move, while not being exactly the same as what she performed, while still work. One thing I should point out, however, is that you should be as specific and clear as possible when it comes to taijutsu and kenjutsu, meaning you should clarify which arm draws the sword, where you swing at, what part of the body you strike, etc. You don't have to redo your current attack, but I advise you to start doing this with the next step of jutsus.
(Ikari Nomikomu no Jutsu) - Fury Swallow Technique

Description: The user punches the opponent a few times and finishes them with two final slashes with their blade or sword.
Now, this came from Asuma and his chakra blades. It was originally used in a game called Naruto Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 3 for the Nintendo DS, so there isn't a lot of mediums on how it should look and/or performed. Nonetheless, it should be simple to adapt for the RP and it's usage. You strike the enemy a few times and then, if you wield chakra blades like Asuma, you perform a crossing slash. If you don't and instead wield a sword, you then draw it and perform two alternating slashes one after the other.
