One/three advantages:

1. Has Mid range capabilities
2. While it is a downside jumping in the air, it's an upside if used in quick succession with something that also requires you to be in the air, it could be an advantage, and allows you to move up to mid range in the process, so it could be used to avoid attacks maybe
3. It's blue 0_0 I like it more than the Crimson wave though it's not as efficient to use

One/three disadvantages:

1. Requires you to jump, leaving you open to attacks
2. Requires you to spin rapidly which would make you lose sight of the enemy and also be vulnerable
3. The glow of the sword is a dead giveaway

How you would use it in battle:I'm not sure if I would, but if I did, it would be after the enemy is incapacitated or shocked/paralyzed to give me enough time to pull it off
How you would counter it: A proper ranked jutsu, stopping the attack by recognizing the blue glow before it can be pulled off, a jutsu to get out of range
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I gather up my chakra as I raise my sword, molding the chakra into the blade giving off a slightly smexy blue glow and jump into the air while spinning very rapidly like a drill while heading at the clone, and slice right thru the clone like I was Kiba!
