Gaara high-diff. Full intel means Deidara probably won't get time to use his best jutsus, C4 and/or C0 (the latter means a draw so don't come up with "Deidara wins with C0", that's retarded ~~) or Gaara will just get out of range while protecting himself with sand (in C4's case). Sand is made of very small particles that Gaara can compress to defend himself against C4 while getting out of range, it's just a possibility.

what happens to the dragon when there are holes on every part of it?,and are you forgetting that deidara rides ontip of it?,meaning there would be holes in him too.the dragon cant fly without it's wings,the sand hail will make holes in those wings,all round it's body and on deidara too,c2 dragon isnt really useful here. Neither is c3,and c1 wont get him anywhere.

Sand hail dosent take up to 10 seconds.

C4 isnt useful unless he gets very close to use it,which wont happen,seeing as gaara can hit him very easily if he gets too close.

gaara has no defence against C4 and more specifically C0.
Gaara loses badly. If they're starting in a desert, he loses less badly.

sand hail goes very high,it's limit is probably the height at which gaara can't control his sand,which deidara cant reach as we saw he followed deidara everywhere,and considering gaara would be flying alongside deidara,it wont really have a problem hitting.

sand sensing found an invincible muu,so detecting the c4 wont be a problem,assuming gaara is on the ground when it erupts,which is unlikely.

If deidara goes for c2 dragon,he gets downed pretty quickly.

simple,he just flies over the radius. C4 is dangerous because it is invincible and small,if you can see/sense it,and can get away from the radius,it isnt a problem anymore.

deidara only got sasule because sasuke himself came unto his clay bird,and was caught in his clay clone,which gave deidara time to make it and jump out. Gaara is a long ranged fighter,he isnt coming close to deidara,and deidara isnt coming close to gaara either,cuz the closer he gets,the easier it is to hit him.
