Deidara, high diff. His C4 is just to dangerous, it can slip through organism so it can slip through his sand. The reason Deidara didn't use it was because he had to capture him alive.

Since you gave full intel, Gaara obviously has this one...If that's the case, C4 is close to useless against someone who can both escape it's radius, or cover himself from damage from all directions.

There's also the fact that in this scenario, he wouldn't have to be defending his village while battling.

I absolutely hate when people say "gaara had to protect the village" as a disadvantage. He also had all of the sand in the world!

Take em out of the desert and there is no way he bets Deidara with intent. He can't see C4, his sand couldn't handle deidara's third or fourth best weapon, he isn't fast enough, he doesn't have lightning release, the fire release in Deidaras KKG is strong against wind. Etc.

Last time Gaara had Shukaku, a desert bordering with the village(unlimited supply of sand easily)...
Deidara, in vs Sasuke fight shown to be a pro-combatant...
That was Sasuke who got out of Dei's strategies but Gaara is definitely falling for them...

Exactly. I'm a massive Deidara fanboy but I feel that this is the case.

Gaara has all the sand in the world since he can always create his own desert. I also hate when people say he was in a desert when this is not a real advantage.It's almost the same thing.
Deidara had intel provided by Sasori,a sand villager and a sand user.He had prep time.Gaara had to protect the village and didn't know a thing about Deidara,and still put a hell of a fight.
Current Gaara just destroys Deidara. His sand could sense Muu.C4 wouldn't work on him.

Shukaku added nothing to gaara,infact,it was a hindrance as gaara had to suppress it through out the fight. Deidara didnt lay a finger on gaara prior to forcing him to protext the village,and they didnt fight ON THE DESERT,they fought in the air,ABOVE the desert,it was deidara's field advantage,if they fought on the desert,deidara wouldnt last 10 seconds. Gaara was also going for the capture as well.

Deidara Would Have To use his c2 dragon And fire A few guided missiles Forcing Gaara to take cover behind His sheild And Then Before gaara can use his third eye he Flies near Him And encases the sand with this

then when gaara Comes out He would be Eradicated By the c4 .. and actually if the c4 is microscopic then it should be able to pass through gaara's Sand if thats the case he could simple Use his Giant c4 garuda .... now the only trouble deidara would have is getting on his c2 dragon .. and then having time to prep the missile ( takes around 20 sec)

c2 dragon is ver big,and not very fast,a sand hail attack would easily down it
