Instead of attaching the string to something/someone it could be used like a whip. If this burning string hits an opponent it would cause serious damage to his body. I would aim it at his chest or his arms/legs.

Anyways, for this next jutsu, proceed to form these handseals (Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger) in order and then by utilizing short bursts of chakra, release a volley of small fireballs.
You also hide shurikens in these small fireballs and control them.

So, be specific.

• State how many fireballs you release.
• Where you direct them at.
• How it would distract your opponent.

*I perform the handseals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger. While I'm doing this, I focus my fire chakra within my body. When I start channeling my chakra through my lungs, I quickly take several shurikens out of my pocket. Then I exhale the fire chakra in short bursts, using shape manipulation to create 10 small fireballs. As the fireballs leave my throat I throw the same amount of shurikens, hiding them within the fireballs. I direct these balls at several targets of your clone: 5 at his upper body, 2 at his arms, 2 at his legs and one at his head, thus attacking his whole body. I also control the fireballs, making this jutsu extremely hard to evade.*

Since my opponent couldn't evade this jutsu he would have to block it. In case he negates the fire with a water jutsu, the shurikens would still hit him, because he wouldn't even know I hid them inside.

Yes, you did, excellent. Remember that this jutsu also takes a short time to activate, and if he proceeds to use a weak Water jutsu, you are correct that the Shurikens inside won't be affected.
While it does not kill your opponent, this jutsu is like little annoying flies and can potentially harm your opponent if aimed properly.

In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Now, proceed to build up fire chakra within you once more, however, direct this at my clone in a sort of a "blanketish" manner so that the fire wraps around him and then starts burning him.

*I start running towards your clone while gathering fire chakra. Then I jump high into the air, channeling my chakra through my lungs and release a series of small fireballs onto him. They fall down at your clone like rain burning him.*

I guess the best way to use it would be to create a diversion first, since I have to get close to him. I could use smokebombs or a big fire jutsu that would hide me and cover up the noise of me, running towards my opponent.

1. How can you utilize such a position? (Important in Taijutsu too)
2. How does this also make you vulnerable?

1. I could use the position to combine the jutsu with a kick. Since I'm in the air, I will 'fall' down due to gravity, which adds more power to Taijutsu attacks. It would also increase the speed of the kick.
Question: Does this increase the speed of my fire jutsus /other elements, too? I could imagine something like that ^^

2. On the other hand being in mid air means I'm not able to change the direction of my movement nor can I stop it. So I would jump into any attack/jutsu my opponent uses.

1. Excellent. Law of gravity, without air resistance, is 9.8 meters per second. That's the speed objects fall at.
And I'm not sure what you mean by your question. Like if you release a certain element or jutsu above your opponent, it would fall faster and thus, strike faster? It would depend on the jutsu used and elements such as Wind or Lightning wouldn't utilize this well. Earth and Water can, however.
2. Very good, and you will learn a Wind jutsu some time to also help nullify some of those disadvantages. Also, being in the air above your opponent exposes the frontside of your body to them, making you vulnerable to attacks there too.

*I concentrate on my fire chakra, focusing a big amount within my body. When I feel I gathered enough chakra I channel it through my lungs and my mouth. As I release the chakra I manipulate it into a huge flame that is shaped like a dragon. After releasing the jutsu I watch the devastating effect it has on the area in front of me.*

It could be used as a direct assault to finish off the opponent. Other then that it's a good distraction to hide my moves since it is a huge and loud jutsu. Combined with a wind jutsu it would be even more destructive.
However, when I release this jutsu I shouldn't be too near to my target because it could harm me, too.

Well said, also, think of the size, shape, and nature of a Dragon. It's huge, manipulative, and you can utilize that to your advantage very well.
