*I gather fire chakra inside my chest and when I've gathered enough I channel it through my lungs to release it from my mouth as fire. As soon as the fire is released it expands to a massive storm, that covers a huge area in front of me and is also very high, and moves foreward like a giant wall of flames.*

1. This can be used as a simpe attack aimed at one or more opponents. because of the size of the jutsu it is very difficult to evade. In this case the user should at least be at mid range. Otherwise he could be affected by the flames and the heat of his own jutsu.

2. Another possibility is to use it as a diversion, since none of the characters in the picture should be able to see the user. This advantage could be used to release another attack, retreat, hide within the earth, etc.

3. The defensive use would be to counter a wind jutsu, that feeds the flames and makes this jutsu even more powerful. Since the fire would proceed to move towards the opponent, it is an offensive move at the same time.

1. Excellent response. S-Rank jutsus tend to be of this size and can often inflict great damage.
2. Ah, yes, big, burning flames. Have you ever been close to heat, by the way? It's actually very scary and could cause near-death experiences.
3. Would probably become a Forbidden rank jutsu if a S-Rank Wind jutsu was used.

Now, much like the previous jutsu, build up fire within your chest and then release it in such a manner so it covers a huge area with flames all at once, more like a storm than a wall.

When I'm sure it's enough I channel the chakra through my lungs to my mouth and release a powerfull stream of fire that I direct at your clone. The closer the stream gets to your clone, the more it expands. Finally your clone gets hit by a storm of fire that burns him and the surrounding area.*

Well done. ^_^ As said, emphasize on the burning (psychological effects), the size (distraction and vision blocking), the fiery sound (further distraction), and the actual use of it, turning water into steam upon where you can further emphasize the use of it.
