I ask for effort. For two jutsus you could not even do the disadvantages. The combos and counters are so lackluster and predictable. You don't any effort, and simply skim through the techniques. Don't take my speedy replies to heart and think I will just smoke through the list. At the very least do it for yourself. Now redo the techs and put in some effort.

I couldn't think of disadvantages because they don't really have any. Fire techniques are very basic (almost all of them are just spitting fire out of your mouth) and there are not many combos you can do. I'm sorry, senpai! :T_T:

Neji takes the scrolls and starts writing on them...

Strong points

  • - It can reach up to long range -
  • - Doesn't require handseals -
  • - You could aim them in different directions so it is harder to avoid -
Weak points

  • - The fireballs are large so the opponent will easily see them -
  • - They can be easily sensed because of the heat -
  • - They won't work if they land in water -
Combinations-strategies
You could infuse it with a wind jutsu to increase its power and the explosion would be larger and would be hard to escape.

Ways to counter this technique
You could go underground to escape
You could use a powerful water jutsu to extinguish the fireballs

Questions: Are there any disadvantages to this jutsu?

Strong points

  • - The ash can cause sever burns -
  • - The ash is easy to ignite -
  • - The ash would cloud the opponent's vision -
Weak points

  • - Requires four handseals -
  • - Cannot be used in long range battles -
  • - Insert info -
Combinations-strategies
You could use it to blind the opponent so they can't see you attack

Ways to counter this technique
You could use a wind jutsu to blow the ash away from you

Questions: None

Strong points

  • - Only requires one handseal -
  • - Since the technique says, ''multiple'' fireballs, you can choose how many fireballs you shoot -
  • - You could aim the direction of the fireballs so that they are harder to avoid -
Weak points

  • - They cannot be controlled while they are moving -
  • - You might not be able to see opponent because the fireballs are large and could block your vision -
  • - The fireballs are large so they could damage things other than the opponent (it could be something that you don't want to damage) -
Combinations-strategies
You could use it to perform Kirin
You could use clones so that you could aim from every direction, making it impossible to evade

Ways to counter this technique
You could use a large water jutsu to extinguish the flames
You could use Wind Stream technique to move yourself out of the fireball's range

Okay, I'm going to invite you two alternatives. One we move we do one jutsu at a time, focusing your attention their which might help you better as well as I will be able to help you out. Second you give it a go a third time and if I think its good we will continue with the sets. That is if you do it good. If not then we are going with option one. Now choose.

( Katon: Hosenka Tsumabeni ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.

Okay the user will have a set of shurikens in one of their hands up to 4-6 I would say. The user will then launch the projectiles towards the opponent while at the same time while they have been launch the user will release a stream of fire towards them which will set all of them on fire. The shurikens move at normal pace but have great attack potency and will not only pierce but burn the opponent in that area hit. Its also a annoyance for the opponent for if they are pierced the shuriken will continue to burn which will hurt the opponent terribly.

Strong points

  • - The opponent gets pierced and burned the same time -
  • - Doesn't require handseals -
  • - It is a quick jutsu -
Weak points

  • - The shuriken cannot travel up to long range, so you can't use it in long range battles -
  • - There is only a few shuriken, so the opponent could wipe them all out with a large jutsu -
  • - Even though it's a B-rank jutsu, the power of the jutsu is divided between all the shuriken, meaning that each individual shuriken are not very powerful -
Combinations-strategies
I could aim most of the shuriken straight at the opponent, and since they would be focusing on those, I could aim another one/two at them from a different angle for a surprise attack

Ways to counter this technique
You create a wall/barrier to protect yourself from the shuriken or you could shoot more powerful projectiles at them to block them from reaching you.

Better.

( Katon: Onidoro ) - Fire Release: Demon Lantern
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the atmosphere around him to create several ghost-like flames resembling heads with horns and yellow eyes that then attack the target/s in a swarm.

The user will do one hand seal and release fire around themselves and manipulate the shape of the fire into several ghost-linke flames. They have horns on their heads and yellow eyes. Its intent is to scare an opponent but I doubt it would actually cause much harm to an opponent by scaring them. The ghost travel towards the opponent on the ground they attemp to swarm the target leaving no room for evasion. On contact the opponent will be burned by the ghosts.

Strong points

  • - Because of their numbers, it would be hard to evade the ghosts -
  • - Only requires one handseal -
  • - The appearance of the fireballs could confuse/shock the opponents because they might think it is an illusion (because of the ghosts) -
Weak points

  • - The opponent could defend against the fireballs before they reach them -
  • - Even though it's a B-rank jutsu, the power of the jutsu is divided between all the shuriken, meaning that each individual shuriken are not very powerful -
  • - Even though the ghosts have the possibility of scaring the opponent, it is not likely because they might just figure that you use shape transformation -
Combinations-strategies
Before using this jutsu, you could use Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight to block their vision by surrounding them with petals. When you use this jutsu combined with that one, making the user suddenly become surrounded by petals and then making them see ''ghosts'', they will probably think they are in a genjutsu.

Ways to counter this technique
You could cover yourself in armour to protect your body from the fireballs. Or, if you are in the air, you could use Wind Stream to move yourself away from the fiireballs.

( Katon: Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra into their chest and then they will release from their mouth a quick burst of flame towards their opponents feet which then errupts into a large pillar of flame reaching 3 meters tall and inflicting damage to the target.

Okay a quick and simple technique. The user will gather their katon chakra into their lungs and spew a burst of flames towards the opponents feet, note this is a projectile flame. Right when it hits the opponents feet a pillar will rise quickly hurling the opponent in the air. Inflicts serious damage in their feet and also is left vulnerable in the air.

Strong points

  • - Doesn't require handseals -
  • - The opponent will be vulnerable to attack when they are launched into the air -
  • - Since it is aimed at the feet, the opponent would look down, and then you could attack while they are distracted -
Weak points

  • - It cannot reach long range -
  • - The opponent will easily see it because it is a projectile -
  • - It would be easy to counter because it is aimed to their feet which is near the ground. They could easily use an earth jutsu in front of them to defend-
Combinations-strategies
When my opponent is launched into the air, I could use a send jutsu like the Water Shark Bomb to damage them and send them crashing into the ground. Before they crash into the ground, I could use (Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes to skewer their body on the spikes.
Also, I could use a wind jutsu to increase the power of the pillar and make it larger.

Ways to counter this technique
You could use (Doton: Iwa Enchou no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Dome Technique to create a wall of earth in front of you to protect the stream from hitting your feet.

two more singulars.

( Katon: Kaen Senpu ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the required four handseals Monkey ? Bird ? Dog ? Ram, fire erupts around the user's body and then launches towards the target in a spiraling-manner or expands engulfing the surrounding area in a tornado of flames. Anything nearby is incinerated as the flames erupt upwards.

The user will perform 4 hand seals and release fire from all over around the users body, it is then sent towards the opponent in a spiraling-manner, while spiraling it expands in size during travel. It engulfs anything caught in the vortex and is burned terribly. Takes time to perform but is quick and difficult to evade. Its also a projectile technique. If caught the opponent will be burned.

Strong points

  • - It could also be used to block projectiles aimed at you since you are releasing the fire chakra around you -
  • - It is quick to perform so it will be difficult to defend against -
  • - The tornado of flames is very large -
Weak points

  • - It requires four handeals, which means it will take longer to perform -
  • - Cannot reach long range -
  • - The opponent could prepare a counter when they see you release the chakra around you -
Combinations-strategies
You could use (Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to bind the opponent with mud before using this jutsu. It would increase the chance of the attack hitting, and also, the opponent would get burned even more because the fire would heat the mud to extreme temperatures.

Ways to counter this technique
You could use a large water jutsu such as Water Shock Wave to extinguish the fire

Gimme more info on the counters.

( Katon: Benijigumo ) - Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing five handseals Tiger ? Horse ? Rat ? Dog ? Tiger , the user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack.

You will have to perform 5 hand seals, then spew flames towards the ground which shape itself as a circle to trap the opponent and user around a inferno of flames. Though nothing happens the main attack is when some of the fire is manipulated into a fire spider which goes to attack the opponent. The user will have to control the spider and remain focused, though this technique allows to both trap and attack the opponent all in one move.

Strong points

  • - The opponent would be bound by the walls of fire -
  • - The opponent would get burned and trapped at the same time -
  • - The jutsu would create intense heat on the opponent because you are trapping them in a small, enclosed space made of fire. -
Weak points

  • - Requires five handseals -
  • - The opponent could stop you from forming the spider by blocking the stream -
  • - The technique cannot reach long range -
Combinations-strategies
I could aim it so that it is not aimed directly at them. If they try to use a jutsu that only protects them for a short while to defend, I could aim it just in front of them, and when their jutsu ends, I could make the spider jump on them.

Ways to counter this technique
Since this technique traps you inside fire, you would have to use a water jutsu to extinguish the flames. It would have to be at least C-rank and not require a water source. Also it would need to be a jutsu which can be quickly released from your body. An example is (Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water release: Water Bullet

One more singular.

( Katon: Hi no Iki ) - Fire Release: Fire Breath
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user breathes a powerful stream of fire from their mouth at their target.

One of the very simple techniques. The user will simply send a stream of fire from their mouths to the target which burns on impact. No hand seals, simple, and gets the work done. Its a stream technique obviously so you will have to constantly send the stream to get to the opponent.

Strong points

  • - It requires no handseals, which means it is quick to perform -
  • - It has a high rank for a simple jutsu -
  • - You could move your head left and right to spread the fire and cause more destruction -
Weak points

  • - Cannot reach long range -
  • - You can't use an other jutsu right after you release the fire, because it is a continuous stream and you would need to maintain it -
  • - While you are focusing on aiming the stream the opponent could do an attack that comes from behind or below you -
Combinations-strategies
If I am in a close range battle with my opponent, I could surprise them by quickly exhaling the stream of fire into their face.

Ways to counter this technique
You could move out of the techniques range, or you could use a jutsu to send yourself high into the air, where it can't reach. You could also use a water jutsu to extinguish the flames

I would tell you to re-do but this jutsu is quite simple.

( Katon: Honoo no Heki ) Fire Release: Flame Wall
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user kneads fire chakra into their forearm and then by swinging their arm in a wave motion they release the fire chakra creating a line of fire that spreads out infront of the user acting as a defensive wall.

Okay the user will swing their arm releasing a wall of flames to intercept any basic attacks. It can burn out projectile weapons and withstand normal attacks. This can also be used for close range battle if an opponent comes in close you can quickly create the wall to force them back. Another very simple jutsu.

( Katon: Hinotama no Mai ) - Fire Release: Fireball Dance
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will attack the opponent with a series of slashes with their sword and then finish up with jumping into the air above the target and releasing a powerful fireball down upon them.
Note: Requires a Sword.

Okay must have a sword out, the user will begin to slash the opponent anywhere they aim, I prefer aiming towards the limbs and vital areas like the jugular. Then after the opponent has been pushed back some distance the user will jump up and release a fireball to rain down on the opponent and burn them.

( Katon: Yugana Honoo ) - Fire Release: Graceful Flame
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user manipulates their fire chakra and doing the tiger hand seal, shoots an intense fire stream at the opponents feet which then lifts them into the air in the eruption of a column of intense flames. Sasori can replicate this technique through the usage of his fire launcher.

This is very similar to the jutsu Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique (B-Rank) difference is you send a stream towards the feet. Easy to perform but must constantly send the stream if you stop before it hits the opponent it will disperse. It can burn the opponents feet making movement difficult. Also when they are in the air their vulnerable to more attacks. Lastly ways to counter is that since its straightforward to the feet you just have to protect the feet using a ground attack, wall, etc.

What did I do wrong this time? >_>
________________
( Katon: Honoo no Heki ) Fire Release: Flame Wall

Strong points

  • - Doesn't require handseals -
  • - Can be used to defend against attacks -
  • - The opponent would get burned if they make physical contact with it -
Weak points

  • - If the wall is very large, then you won't be able to see your opponent past it -
  • - The opponent could bypass the wall by using a jutsu which comes out of the ground -
  • - The wall could be extinguished easily because it stays still -
Combinations-strategies
Since the opponent can't see me past the wall, I would wait until they get close, and then aim a jutsu at them that passes through the wall. They won't be able to see you release it because of the wall. And since they are close, it will be hard for them to evade or react to the jutsu

Ways to counter this technique
You could use a water jutsu to extinguish the fire. You could also go over it or under it.

Questions: How large is the wall?

( Katon: Hinotama no Mai ) - Fire Release: Fireball Dance

Strong points

  • - Doesn't require handseals, which means that it is quicker to perform -
  • - The opponent would be weakened after the slashes which might make it harder for them to defend against the fireball -
  • - Insert info -
Weak points

  • - The opponent could attack you when you jump into the air -
  • - Can only be used in short range -
  • - If your bio doesn't have a sword, you can't use this jutsu -
Combinations-strategies
You could aim the slashes for vital areas and areas which the user needs to battle (such as their arms and legs). This will also make it harder to defend against the fireball.

Ways to counter this technique
You could stop them from doing the slashes which will end the entire jutsu

The wall is of the size a little bigger then the user. Also it was the combo I did not like but its okay now.

Anyway I want you to make list 1-5 (1 being highest) of all the B-Rank fire you have learned. List em and tell me why you put the jutsu in that place. Ready. Set. Go!
