ftg combination(marking each other and spreading kunais ) + tobiramas and minatos sensing ability prevent them from being hit by kamui snipe.
Tobirama has tones of chakra and can do a lot of shadow clones which makes it hard for team 1 to aim correctly.

Because it functions(for most intents and purposes )like ama. Which was shown to be sensed.

Sorry to say that, but Ftg showed to be the perfect counter to kamui and takes very less chakra instead of kamui snipe.
minato starts the battle usually with spreading markings everywhere even though he doesn't know about the enemies abilities.
With tobirama there, they will connect their ftg seals in any case (why not ?)

Tobirama and Minato are both sensors who were able to sense chakra over multiple kilometers, i think they are able to sense the chakra build up in Kakashis eye and then team 2 will teleport instantly to an other marking and the snipe would fail.

Kakashi will realize that his only chance is to use 3T, lasting longer in battle, but he would loose against tobirama who will definitely continue using ftg and who is able to do many more kage bunshins due to his much larger chakra pool.
His shadow clones would mark each other and Kakashi has no way to defeat them all when they can sense Kakashis surprise movements (clone feints + hiding like a mole)

Obito will have to battle Minato who is allowed to use Sm for 5 minutes, which means he will summon Ma&Pa.
Additional to that Obito has no intel on ftg and Minato would outsmart him with his Ftg like last time (difference of age doesn't matter, obito depends to much on kamui and thats why he won't see through ftg)
