People usually say that Kamui is special to obito and Kakashi's Ms.. however no. It can be learned by any MS uchiha. Only if Madara and Itachi knew how to unlock the technique, they would have been too raw.

@King I noticed this a while back as well. I use to think this might give Madara some connection to Kamui but that never happened. So far Kakashi and Obito are the only ones with Kamui.

He was practicing his chakra over and over tho remember. With Mokuton and other training.

I have no idea where you got that scan from, the databook does not say any thing like kamui can be learned by everyone, its unique to obito and kakashi
