I made this to point out that people often exaggerate how strong this jutsu is.

It states that the user flows chakra through his body to increase his body's defense power to it's absolute limits by making his skin as hard as diamond. While this is obviously a difficult technique to break through, even diamond, the hardest substance, has limitations to what it can handle.
He is not impervious to harm when hardened. If he were, then Hashirama would not have been able to defeat him in the first place.
This jutsu, like all others, must have a weakness. After all, Kakuzu doesn't use it 24/7. He's not the type to get cocky and take chances, so I'm betting that either the chakra flow required is very taxing, or he gets brittle and can't move nearly as well or much at all when completely hardened. Unless I'm wrong, the only times he moved while using this technique is when it was only a partial hardening. Do show me a page if I'm wrong.
