Hi I'm new to narutobase I've been a guest here for quite a few months now, but I've finally decided to join to ask some questions.
My primary question is why do people think Kakashi is kage level? I've read before that people believe that S rank is equal to kage rank and that's fine. In my opinion it's hard to be kage rank unless you're an actually kage xD. But to my knowledge and opinion kakashi cannot beat any kage's can he? Nor (barring Tsunade) beat the Sannin.
After reading the recent war, and you see all the skills and feats from the recent kage's and the feats from the previous kage, Kakashi's level seems nowhere near. I know that he was considered from the Kage position in the Leaf Village, but personally for me that doesn't mean anything, I think that was because of his popularity and age, he was offered the position. That being said he's is the copy ninja and has an arsenal of moves under his belt, but does that compare him to Kage's?
His main move is Kamui, when it comes to fighting higher tier people (so we've seen) and that's pretty much hit and miss, I believe he cannot practise with it because it drains too much chakra and will eventually make him blind, and when he has used it, it's not been used to the greatest efficiency minus the Kunai which he warped at point blank from Pain. So how would he fair ages the other Kage's?
Just to add something I wanted to make a list of SOME people who I think are S rank and people who I think are Kage rank.

Maybe they should make a level between Special Jounin S rank and Kage Level, because I think there's a huge gap between the two, anyway which group do you believe Kakashi belongs to and why?
