Wow i can't believe 107 people voted for kakashi.I like kakashi, and even he stated that he wasn't a match for orochimaru.His MS is pretty much useless,because oro uses clone and schred skin ljust like a snake,so any limb he loses he will grow back.You should also note that kakashi never killed a person with kamui.Orochimaru has a much larger chakra base and is arguably the man with the most tecniques ever(the third could challenge him) so how could kakashi defeat him, especially when taijutsu doesn't work..

Also, his hands were stabbed together, and couldnt use any jutsu (thats if he could in that weaken state) all he could do was transform.

Once again the only reason that Sasuke beat Oro was because Oro tried to steal his body. Otherwise it would have ended with Sasuke's death. Because Sasuke then didn't have anything to kill Oro with and neither does Kakashi, plus did sasuke beat him? NO, Itachi saved Sasuke yet again by pulling out Oro. Oro actually had access to take over Sasuke's body right then, so tell me who won? Sasuke? Or Itachi?
Oro hasn't actually tried to kill anyone really so far in the series. Maybe Tsunade and Jiraiya but he didn't have the use of his arms then. But I want everyone to go back and read where he attacked the leaf, he didn't just want to kill Hiruzen, he wanted him to suffer mental anguish. Go back to that fight and you will see there are literally 100 places where Oro could have killed Hiruzen. He just wanted to mess with him. Hiruzen was goddamn lucky that Oro was being stupid and playing around.
