We have seen Minato's base speed which is enough to keep up with Raikage V1. And dosent matter Minato will appear behind Kakashi and giant rasengan him... And Kakashi dosent have 1000 jutsu without Sharingan

Without kakashi's sharingan he has a blind spot... That blind spot will be his downfall and he also need his sharingan to see what techniques his teacher will use and where he will strike. Kakashi might of had 1000 jutsu but can he use them all without his sharingan or even have time to use them? Minato's base speed and reaction time is much stronger then kakashi's so called 1000 copy jutsu.

He used his Sharingan to "copy" them, now he knows them, and thus no longer need his Sharingan to perform them.
