Itachi can't use raikiri without sharingan, but he can also use rasengan, there is no point of adding rasengan in this match. I still say 1,000 jutsu is enough to break Yondaime hokage.

Even "if" Kakashi still has 1,000+ Justsu, Minato is still far faster than Kakashi. What's the use of so many justsu, if you can't even land one, let alone see the person your trying to attack? One slip up/miss, and it's lights out for Kakashi.

Minato's base speed is as fast a raikage v1

Add that to the fact that kakashi doesn't have a sharingan to track down his movements, he's basically help less

And don't make me start on the summonings gamabunta, gamahiro and the other dude that's not graceful...

Losing ftg is a way bigger handicap for minato than losing sharingan is for kakashi. All minato really has after that is speed and rasengan. Kakashi has his 1k moves and is still very fast. Gonna say kakashi hi dif.

i think minato would win but the people saying kakashi cant use his lightning jutsu without sharingan are stupid :flaw:. if that was the case why would he have used it before obito even died ? thats wen minato told him to never use it again till its improved .. point is he didnt have sharingan then and he used raikiri
