Kakashi Summoning?

Okay so In the Summoning rules you have to be Jounin rank etc.
It says if you have a canon bio of a character that has an animal summon ability, your bio gets the summoning, although my Bio is of Kakashi when he was younger, so my question is can i still have the summoning contract with the dogs, as it is not said when kakashi signs a contract with them, also my approved bio is pre-Obito death, but the updated version is after, but it is awaiting approval, My question is can i have the contract, If i add to the Update about signing the contract with them?

Custom Bio's are like made by yourselves aren't they? Not characters that are actually in Narutoverse

Why not just make an adult Kakashi? .-. Would be a lot easier and you have the posts for it... You wouldn't need to add in sharingan yet and could have the dog summons...

Because i wanted Young Kakashi, it's not about making it easier for myself i just would prefer to have the Young one
Besides there are a lot more Kakashi's than young Kakashi's In fact i have only seen one other Young Kakashi bio, and mine's better (not to brag)

Well as Young Kakashi I don't honestly know if you can have Nin Dogs... I figure he got them some time around his Anbu days but here is all the stuff pertaining to them....

Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Pakkun (パックン) This Nin-Dog is the summon of Hatake Kakashi. He can be summoned with his pack brothers or by himself.
He is a petite pug and the smallest of Kakashi Hatake's Ninken. Pakkun is seemingly the most intelligent of the ninken, and has the ability to speak.

Bull (ブル) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. Bull is the largest summon in Kakashi's ninken pack. He has dark fur and wears a spiked collar. He also wears the standard outfit of Kakashi's ninken which consists of a blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector worn on his left front leg.

Urushi (ウルシ) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. Urushi has white and light-brown fur, along with long spiky tufts of hair on his head. His eyes greatly resemble traditional Japanese angry eyes. Being one of Kakashi's ninken, he wears the standard blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector around his neck.

Shiba (シバ) is a ninken, and personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. He has light grey fur with a white underside and a black crest on his head reminiscent of a mohawk. His eyes slightly resemble those of Kisame Hoshigaki. He also wears the standard outfit of Kakashi's ninken which consists of a blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector around his neck and bandages on his front legs.

Bisuke (ビスケ) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. He has tan-coloured fur with brown highlights on his long ears and legs. He bears an uncanny resemblance to Gaara with a kanji imprinted on his head and dark rings around his eyes. However, where Gaara has the kanji for "love" (愛, ai), Bisuke has the kanji for "shinobi" (忍). He wears the standard outfit of Kakashi's ninken which consists of a blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector around his neck.

Akino (アキノ) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. He has tan fur with one white strip starting from the top of his head and going down his muzzle. He wears sunglasses and the standard outfit of Kakashi's ninken, consisting of a blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector around his neck.

Ūhei (ウーヘイ) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. Ūhei is brown with a white underside and snout. Along with the standard blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector around his neck he also sports bandages around his neck and head.

Guruko (グルコ) is a ninken and a personal summon of Kakashi Hatake. He has tan fur, a white snout, long ears that have a dark brown colour and whisker marks similar to Naruto Uzumaki. He wears the standard outfit of Kakashi's ninken which consists of a blue vest with the heno-heno-moheji seal and a Konoha forehead protector on his forehead
