They can see the same thing infront of them even though their eyes is separated.

Chakra connection to be exact. Kakashi able to used his Sharingan abilities bcus his eye once Obito's eye still have a chakra connection with previous owner Obito. The ability he received and used is directly came from Obito's brain but the power to used that ability is depend on Kakashi's chakra.

Madara is the only person that can use susanoo without eyes and the reason is because he no longer possesses the uchiha limitations. When Madara merged together Ashura's and Indra's chakra and brought out Hagoromo's chakra, Madara's body mutated just like the his chakra. Madara's body became the same as Hagoromo's just like his chakra became like Hagoromo's. So no one can use susanoo without eye's like Madara did.

Except Kakashi never unlocked Susano'o, Obito's chakra did thanks to having the Sage's power from being the JuubiJin, without Obito's chakra Kakashi doesn't have Obito's KKG, claiming he has the Mangekyo is like claiming Nagato has the Rinnegan without Madara's eyes.
