Uhmm let's see maybe the fact Mangekyo is an Uchiha KKG ! Kakashi isn't an Uchiha and therefore needs Obito's eyes to use Uchiha feats. Without them he has no Sharingan chakra and therefore no Sharingan powers.

Similar case to how Gaara had sand abilities, even after losing Shukaku.

It doesn't work that way, Gaara's body was fused with the tailed beast thanks to the Jinchuuriki seal so his chakra contained some of Shukaku's chakra even after extraction, similar to how Obito kept Rikudou chakra after having the Juubi extracted from him.

Kakashi's chakra wasn't fused with Obito's, Obito transmigrated into him temporarily which means as soon as he left Kakashi's body all the Sharingan feats were no longer existent.

apparently 12 years old chakra in an eyeball still linger for the next 1-2 decade and at least able to copied & spam 1000 jutsus and at least spam dozen Kamui....... while main Uchiha characters barely have enough of chakra to perform multi task.
