Obito gave Kakashi that Special Chakra, once that Chakra vanished, so did his Sharingan and his access to Susanoo.

Okay, that isn't a proof.
You are talking about the awakening of Uchiha special eyes, and that scan doesn't serve your claim.
That scan you brought implies that Kakashi has that special chakra, because his sharingan evolved, and that can only be done with the special chakra that you are talking about.

I am talking about using Susano'o without eyes...
