Kakashi doesn't need Kamui to take on old Hiruzen. Old Hiruzen's current feats are shat upon by most average Jonin, like Darui and Kitsuchi, let alone Kage-level Jonin like Kakashi and Gai. It's a pity that Kishimoto didn't take advantage of Hiruzen's revival as an Edo Tensei to showcase his capabilities a bit more. The man's entire arsenal is composed of a low-end Katon, some shuriken, and Enma. And a suicide technique, for what its worth.

That isn't going to cut it against most upper tier fighters.

we all know how clever Kakashi is with clones. Kakashi will stall Hiruzen with small talk, and Hiruzen likes to sit and talk. Or sexy no jutsu as a last resort. Kakashi can make an illusion of a sexy naked chick, Hiruzen dies from bloddloss, or leaves an opening for Kamui/Raikiri, etc.

Hiruzen wins easily.

There are several possible ways to overcome kamui if you are a skilled ninja as hiruzen

here are three examples

1-evading it like deidara did - and dont say he was in the air, it makes no dfference against kamui

2-it maybe extremely difficult, but if you keep a constant rate of heavy attacks at a close range it wouldnt give kakashi a chance to use it, as kamui requires a few seconds of preparation

3-if you manage to damage kakashi's sharingan eye - he wouldnt be able to use it "thats what i would aim for if i was hiruzen"

im not saying hiruzen would win, but im definitely not saying he doesnt have chance
