Kakashi or Guy?

Those two were always rivals , That means they are close so they keep compete with each other. If you asked me this question 4-5 years ago , I would have said Kakashi , but now Kakashi seems weak in compared to other characters. But now I must say Gai would def win. It was even said in the anime He can obtain power much greater than a hokage ( with his 8 gate open) , but is Kakash stronger than a hokage? NO he is just smart and has a sharingan than isn't even his. BTW , I love kakashi way more than Gai , Can't stand the Gai's face but...ehh that's the truth.

Why you people say that 'being hokage is being strong' it is beyond it. You need to have leadership and more stuff... That proves nothing.

Yes you must have great leadership to be a hokage , but you also have to be veryyyyyy powerful to become one, look at all hokages , were they weak ? ( Tsunade is out of this cause Jirayia didn't accept to become one )
If you have only leadership , you become an elder or something.

gai he has more chakara then kakashi. also he is master of taijutsu. ha also perform ninjutsu very well. he is also can fight against sharingan n genjutsu.

You don't know that he can perform jutsu well. Logic would point to the fact that he can't do it as well as any one else since he never uses or practices it.

I never said hokages are the strongest, I said they are strong. What I meant was if Kakashi is not even at a Hokage level ( Which Gai is beyond that level ) , There is no way He can beat Gai.
