Well their is solution for kakashi to counter Gai's taijutsu

Kakshi is capable of using earth elemental techniques which are best suited for handling physical attacks (as shown kakzu in chapter 333

and we Gai mainly relies on taijutsu so 85% battle is already won

NO DOUBT KAKASHI WINS
