1. He took out Obito with the assist of 2 perfect and strongest jinchurikis and Gai-high jounin level. Before that he was controlling 6 jinchurikis and Bijuus. And after all of that Kakashi got chakra-juice from Kurama, while Obito got nothing. And he's STILL not dead.
2. With Gai and Naruto and Kurama and Hachibi and Bee.
3. Only because Kurama fills him up whenever he's exhausted.
4. He didn't do anything, he was protected. The only time he attacked was with Kamui and Obito stopped that and took him in another dimension.
5. With Kurama-juice. Not with his own chakra.

He is Kage-level, but you're overrating him too much. Not a hater but stating facts.

2- Same amount of chakra the only thing is he was constantly healed by Naruto and the kyuubi
