- Apparently has more Chakra than he used to.
- He could handle himself against the demoniac statue of the outer path and also the juubi.
-Can use the kamui up to five times now.

I think he is definitely low-kage level. Maybe mid. What do you guys think ?

1. Obito couldn't use any of his tehniques. No mokuton or rinnegan, not even kamui, he was handicaped it was just a bad pair. Kakashi is better in taijutsu, he only won because of it.
2. Survived.
3.Kyubi chakra refil.
4. Don't wank him.

He took down a weakened obito who was jounin level at best & he cannot hold his own against the gedo statue, but yes he is still low kage level.

Nothing shows or even implies Obito was weakened. If anything, it's Kakashi the one who was weakened. The fact he didn't come back from the kamui dimension already when he has the capacity shows how tired and low on chakra he was already

He could use mokuton. He didn't use it because it wasn't strong enough to do anything against kakashi. The only thing he couldnt use was kamui.

It would take me forever to go and try to proove you wrong for that one... so im not gonna say anything. His chakra still improved from the last arc. He was never able to use kamui 3-4 times and raikiri and also fight opponents for 2 days straight like that...

I say he is not kage level purely because of his low chakra levels. If he had higher chakra levels then he could kamui himself and other people which would probably make him better than most the current kages. However he lacks the stamina. He can only use Kamui a small number of times. However throughout the war his stamina has been okay. When he got Naruto's chakra cloak it put him above most the current kages in my opinion.

He is Kage level. But that is mainly because of Kamui which is pretty much the most haxx jutsu in NV. Otherwise I would put him as High Jounin like Gai, Darui etc.

If this was part 1 he would have been god tier with kamui, lol.

Kakashi is around mid-Kage level, but Kamui makes him a threat to almost any character or being in the manga. Sure, many of them have counters, but fighting Kakashi is not like fighting, say, Tsunade.

Even for someone like Madara: If he doesn't take the battle seriously, he IS in danger. Similar to MS Obito, in that way.
