Again, reacting faster obviously doesn't mean he is faster than Obito.

Minato's reactions are greater than v2 Raikage's but is he faster than him on foot? Obviously not. This thread is about Kakashi being faster than Obito not Kakashi having better reactions than Obito.

Reaction speed is not the subject here nor was I ever debating Kakashi's reaction vs Obito's reactions. Kakashi simply isn't faster than Obito, that is my point. Him being able to keep up with KM Naruto who is faster than Kakashi means he is faster than Kakashi. Simple.
